IMC and HOOK 5

The OMC worked. Exact same behavior, except when I zoom in, the map is there.


The maps I am trying to use are from NOAA https://encdirect.noaa.gov. Produced at5s are attached, can someone please try them?

Also tried to convert NOAA S-57 to shp via https://mygeodata.cloud. Same problem, no map displays.

S-57 isn't a supported input format for the IMC.

The vector mode is restricted to OSM files, IMC attributed shapefiles, and IMC attributed LSF files (Navico proprietary format but can be outputted through the Attribute Mode).

What is an IMC attributed shapefile and how do I create it.

Can someone could give me a pointer to what the IMC attributes are, or a tutorial or example? I did read the IMC manual but I don't remember seeing this in there.

hi sorry for my poor english , i have the same problem , the maps thats i made with imc for my old hook 4 , in the new my hook 7 don't work , only a map free downloaded in the net works , in the atlas version 13 ,only 13 … my maps (shaded relief)10-12-13 atlas version  ,dont work ..I am now beating my head for two months, but I can't solve ... I wanted to try if there is a new version of imc that can help me   thanks

AT5 v10 is important and the raster only as shaded relief. Look to the sample pic.

thanks ,very thanks … hook 7 gen 1 version of firmware is v3.0 ...Unfortunately ... i send you a pm with a little map at5 v10 raster as shaded relief thats work with my old hook 4 and elite 7 emulator but don't work on my hook 7 gen1 ...thanks

Your map works on a Elite-7 Chirp V6.0 7.0.10-With GPS Patch,
so it should also work an HOOK Series Gen1 with the latest Software, we think.
Only to be shure,
you have activated "Shaded Relief" and Map Source "Lowrance"?
