KMZ/Tif with IMC hlep
« on: 12 March 2018, 20:19:21 »
I have a map file in a .kmz, .hdr and a .tif file. How do i convert these in IMC to an .at5 file? I am familiar with the process for a .kml but cant seem to get this type to work.

Geotiffs aren't natively supported.  You need either a KML to reference the tif or a world file (tfw) file.

v0.7.4.0 supports unrotated KML GroundOverlays.  If the image is not within a subfolder from the KML location, you'll need to run the KML mode.  If the image is within a subfolder from the KML location, the raster processing mode is sufficient.

The most recent beta supports rotated KML GroundOverlays.  KML Processing Mode no longer exists.  Raster Processing Mode will grab the image if the KML is included.

Neither will support anything using GeoTiePoints which prevents GeoTiff referencing and certain KML referencing.
