SAS Planet + IMC for Mark-4 chirp problem

I have used this combo for my Elite HDI 5 with no issue.

But now I'm helping a friend on his Mark-4 chirp and it's showing up as pixelated.

I'm using zoom 7 as a test and followed the suggested resolution here https://www.tacklefever.de/index.php?topic=5793.0  which is
 z7 - 2048 to 2048

Any ideas on how to fix this?

more problem....

I decided to update the firmware of the mark-4 chirp to Ver 6 and now it's not showing the map :kinnlade:

ok map is back after using atlas 10 and 7 but still pixelated  :weisnicht2:
