IMC Project Example/Sample

Anyone have an IMC project example/sample (excluding the Navico sample) that they can share?  I am new to IMC and my first project appears to be bigger than my level of understanding.

What's your current project? I would be happy to share whatever I might have, but it might be a totally different map area. I'm from South East Louisiana, USA.

My project focuses on southern Lake Michigan.  I started a simple QGIS project but now I have 19 shape files including the lower 48 polygon (basemap), Lake Michigan boundary polygon, islands polygon, 10 depth contour polygons, 3 depth contour lines, state boundary line, water depth text, and harbor hazards polygon totaling 52MB.  I added the appropriate attributes BDR_COLOR, BDR_WIDTH, COLOR, FONT, IMG_RENDER, LAYER, L_LIMIT, MAJ_CAT,  MIN_CAT, TYPE, U_LIMIT, and VALUE and ran them through IMC.  The maps wouldn't load on my plotter (on my boat 10 miles away).

Now I'm stuck troubleshooting an oversized project without Insight Planner.  So I thought seeing a few working examples would help me troubleshoot my project.
