How to show a disclaimer about the chart?

Hi all,
I would like to show a disclaimer at the beginning, when the card is inserted, I mean, a customized disclaimer based on the chart inserted. There is any possibility to do that?
I am able to give a name to the chart (DB Name) but not able to show up any disclaimer, at least on my Simrad GO5.

If Greg not has a better solution i see 3 possibilities:

- icon with inserted text (pic.)
- invisible point with text (50 signs each, you can set several points one below the other)
-  a raster picture with text

Disadvantage: only visible in certain coordinates or sight heigh, possibly not if you start the unit.

yes i was thinking the same; text on the map itself.
However i have seen that the unit shows disclaimer for jeppesen and Navionics so I think it should be possible to show similar things.

Maybe by using the acknowledgements option in the menu?

I tried to set the acknowledgements option but it is not showing up on my Simrad GO5..

Acknowledgements do not work on NOS based systems.

If it's to meet licensing requirements, almost all sources allow the acknowledgement to be inserted in a text file on the sd card.

Otherwise, you'll need to use some hackish implementation using existing features.
