Photo Overlay and Photo Transparency

Hi all,
maybe my question is well written in the docs but I am really unable to get photo transparency flag enabled when I have aerial images. [Photo Trans] on my Simrad GO5.
I am able to overlay the aerial images but not getting the photo transparency flag.
How can I get it enable?

I'm pretty sure you need a shaded relief layer, as well.  Something for it to be transparent over.
