IMC crashes when Building Keyhole Mode Window

I have used the program several times with fewer downloaded Satellite images and everything worked correctly, but when I downloaded a larger area, then clicked Build in the Keyhole Mode Window, I keep getting the following error message after it runs for around 45 minutes:

Insight map creator, "Personal use executable to process formatted shapefiles and georeferenced images into the at5 format. This application is prov has stopped working

My computer is as follows if this makes a difference:
Intel Core i7-3930K 3.2GHz 12MB Cache
Asus P9X79 PRO
ASUSGeForce GTX 660 2GB   
Windows 7
32 gigs of memory

Any help with what to try next would be appreciated.
