It's typical in bathymetric maps to convey elevation lines as depth below shoreline rather than elevation above sea level.

The 152 is only important to convert into this type of map.  (Shoreline Elevation - Contour Elevation = Depth Below Shoreline)

1. You can translate the complete website with the manual with Google Translator.
2. You can change your line values as in the picture and the way for this with QGIS and your line shape you find in the manual. Your max depth is 70 m (152,5 - 82,5 m) if the shoreline is 0 (= 152,5 m high).
