Is there any way to access the folder structure of the C-Map data that is stored onboard the Simrad?  I'm sure the tides are just a folder of data.

Yes this is only a problem of attributation the fields in point-shapes for potentiell tide stations. But we don't know how an d there is not any discription about.
Sure the toolkit partner have such tools/manuals if you know one, you can ask for. The same problems e. g. are the 3D mode - possible for Navionics or the vegetation layer as in C-Maps, but not für private charts.

Yes, I can see tide data if I switch my chart source to 'C-Map USA' in my EVO3. However, I would like to be able to see the tide data in my databar as I am using my custom chart with satellite images without having to switch chart sources. . I know I can use my phone for tides if I have to, I just thought it would be nice if I could add a tides folder to my custom micro sd card. I'm pretty sure it's just a bunch if data that gets read by the EVO3 based on your location.

For the NSS evo3S unit please look into the manual:

In my opinion the IMC not allowed to self create a tide station in a user created chart. The is the privilege for commercial charts.
But this is not a problem (for me and also hope for you) because you also can use a smartphone tide app.

Thanks to this forum, I spent a lot of time creating a very detailed satellite imagery Micro SD card for my local area. I was also able to add NOAA bouys and other vector data. It's been great for inshore fishing. However, I would also like to add tide station data so that it shows up in the Simrad Tides app and databar. Anyone know how to do this?  Thanks in advance.

Weisst du, was man in den Kartendaten ändern muss, dass man die Bezeichnung der Gewässerkarte auf dem Echolot zur Auswahl hat?

Das Verzeichnis, also der Ordner in dem die Katendatenliegen
haben nichts mit dem auf dem Gerät angezeigten Kartennamen zu tun.

Ich habe in meinem rechten Kartenschacht meines Lowrance HDS Carbon eine Micro-SD-Karte mit einer Bodenseekarte von Jörg sowie eine C-Map Genesis Karte.
Die Dateien der Bodenseekarte sind im Verzeichnis "Bodensee_AT5" gespeichert, was die Auswahl dieser Karte bei der Kartenwahl erleichtert.

Leider hat die C-Map Genesis Karte keine eindeutige Bezeichnung, was die Auswahl erschwert.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die C-Map Genesis Daten in ein Verzeichnis zu verschieben, das beispielsweise "Bodensee_C-Map" heisst, damit diese Karte bei der Auswahl im Echolot eindeutig angezeigt wird?

Servus,

auf meinem Helix 5 SI GPS der ersten Generation werden plötzlich die Tiefenlinein nicht mehr angezeigt.
Ich benutze die Karte schon mehrere Jahre auch meinem Echo und hatte das Problem bisher noch nicht.
Der flache Bereich wird türkis dargestellt aber sonst habe ich auf der Karte keine Tiefenlinen mehr.
Hat mir jemand einen Tipp, was ich versuchen kann?
